Study nails genetic region linked to strokes in Indians

A genetic region previously known to increase the risk of Alzheimer’s disease in African Americans, has been linked to an increased risk of stroke. At Rs 1.47 lakh crore, GST revenue up 26% in September

The gross GST revenue collected in September totalled Rs 1.47 lakh crore, the seventh month in a row in which receipts have been more than Rs 1.4 lakh crore, data released by the finance ministry showed on Saturday. Vistara starts live TV on board its wide body fleet from October 1

In a first for Indian carriers, Vistara from Saturday (October 1) started streaming live TV on its wide body fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners. Passengers flying the full-service carrier will now be able to watch two sports channels and three news channels, said an airline spokesperson.
