Mayank Agarwal's impressive 76-run knock in the Boxing Day Test on Tuesday earned him the distinction of becoming the Indian opening batsman with the second highest score on Test debut overseas. Also, Agarwal became only the second Indian debutant to score a half-century in Australia after Dattu Phadkar, who made 51 in 1947 at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
