Glitch in H-1B registration system has resulted in wrongful denials

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) states that it has received reports from many of its attorney members, indicating that they/clients have received a denial notification for certain H-1B registrations on the ground that it is a duplicate submission, even when it was not. A duplicate submission refers to one which is made by the same sponsoring employer for the same H-1B candidate.
