Diesel demand dips 5%, petrol sales flatten out

Diesel consumption contracted 5% in the first fortnight of November from a year ago after rising 6% in October and petrol sales tapered off to a level seen in the year-ago period after rising 4% last month, latest fuel sales data showed.
