Six startups look at overseas listing

Around half-a-dozen companies — including Paytm and EtechAces Marketing and Consulting, which houses both PolicyBazaar and PaisaBazaar — are considering an international listing but are awaiting detailed guidelines from the corporate affairs ministry and the revenue department.
