Sanjay Uniyal, treasurer of Joshimath Bachao Sangharsh Samiti (JBSS), a citizens’ collective which is spearheading the movement in support of the residents, said, “We are receiving regular reports of fresh cracks in houses. We’re receiving nearly half-a-dozen complaints daily”.
